I have more than 20 years of experience in different management roles in the software industry, from project manager and test manager to product development manager and CTO.

I am a certified senior project manager, PRINCE2 Practitioner and Professional SCRUM Master with strong knowledge and experience in project management, test management, team management and organizational development. I am a leader and coach in software development and test methods, strongly influenced by the principles, techniques and tools of modern agile and lean development methods.

As a project manager and test manager, I have managed, delivered and implemented standard and custom solutions to many organizations, including Danske Bank, Falck Securitas, Top-Toy, Telia Net, Oslo Airport and several Danish gov-ernment agencies and local municipalities.

As a product development manager and CTO, I have taken responsibility for strategic development, maintenance and support for large, complex and modern business systems, including responsibility for team management, development, coaching and process optimization.

I have many years of experience in process analysis, requirement specification and converting user needs and desires to practical solutions and architectures.

I also have great experience in vendor management for infrastructure projects, outsourcing and offshore development, test and support in India.
